When one part of the body is weak or misaligned, we tend to overdevelop other parts to compensate. These imbalances, often the result of repetitive motions or habitual postures, frequently result in injury and pain.
Rachel teaches how skeletal structure should be aligned and how the muscles relate to it. By working with an integrated muscular-skeletal structure, the body can enter into a “neutral” condition, which allows you to move freely and as you were designed.
Rachel has worked with clients that have had knee and hip replacements, shoulder and back surgery, neck issues, chronic pain or inefficiencies due to incorrect body alignment.
“It takes time and dedication,” Rachel notes, “but clients who work beyond immediate relief and toward developing core spinal health reap the greatest rewards.”
