SCHEDULE:
The Energy Within offers sessions six days a week, Monday through Saturday.
Classes are on the hour, one hour in duration.
The general hours of the studio are:
Monday 7 a.m. - 1 p.m., 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Tuesday 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Wednesday 7 a.m. - 1 p.m., 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Thursday 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Friday 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Saturday 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Private and Semi-private sessions are available, please call the studio for more information.

FEES:
GROUP SESSIONS:
Group sessions of no more than four students are
$37 per session or $330 for a series of 10 sessions.
NEW CLIENTS:
New clients begin with three private sessions
at $80 each. These 60-minute sessions enable Rachel to assess individual fitness status, posture, strength, flexibility and training goals.
PRIVATE SESSIONS:
$80 per hour.

EACH 60-MINUTE SESSION INCLUDES:
Ongoing classes of no more than four individuals are arranged with the goal of grouping individuals of similar fitness levels and training needs. Each 60-minute class consists of floor exercises and work on one or more pieces of Stott Pilates™ equipment, including:
• Reformers
• Trapeze tables
• Stability chairs
As each your abilities improve, Rachel expertly increases the intensity and difficulty of specific exercises to continuously challenge your muscles and provide ongoing improvement of your fitness levels.
