Rachel Robertson tailors her training to each client’s individual needs, delivering a level of personal attention that’s becoming rare in the fitness industry.
Rachel utilizes an intensely personal approach to working with clients. “Whether you’re drawn to Pilates to lose weight, gain muscle tone, improve athletic performance, manage pain, recover from injury – or prevent another – my goal is to help my clients achieve balanced strength, body awareness and lifelong spinal health,” she says.
In each session Rachel reinforces core Pilates principles informed by her extensive experience and training in nutrition, anatomy and body mechanics.
By keeping her classes small, no more than 4 - 5 clients to a session, Rachel can provide intensive focus on each individual and his or her specific needs.
